Salesfinity Inbox ("the Extension") is a Chrome browser extension developed by Salesfinity, Inc. This policy describes how the Extension collects,
uses, and protects user data.
- Data We Collect
The Extension accesses the following data to provide its core functionality:
- Messaging data: Conversation threads, message content, and participant names from your social messaging inbox. This data is read to display
and manage your inbox within the Extension's side panel.
- Profile information: Names and profile images of conversation participants, used for display purposes only.
- Session cookies: A session cookie from the social media site is read locally to authenticate API requests on your behalf. This cookie is
never transmitted to any third-party server.
- Data We Store
The following data is stored locally on your device using Chrome's storage API:
- Custom labels and label assignments
- Conversation states (done, snoozed, pinned)
- Private notes attached to conversations
- Text snippets and auto-label rules
- Follow-up reminders and scheduled messages
- Theme preference
This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly use the CRM integration feature, which syncs contact identifiers with Salesfinity's
servers.
- Data We Do Not Collect
- We do not collect health, financial, authentication, or location data.
- We do not log keystrokes, mouse movements, clicks, or browsing history.
- We do not track user activity outside of the Extension's functionality.
